mysecret.bio is free: we don't charge you anything to use it. Here's what that means, and how to stop using it whenever you want.
1. There's nothing to pay
The service is free. There are no paid plans, no subscription, no trial that expires and no features unlocked by paying: everything you see is available from day one.
We don't ask for a card when you sign up, or at any point afterwards. Since there are no charges, there's no subscription to cancel and no amount to refund.
The service is funded by the ads we show on public pages. That doesn't cost you anything.
2. How to stop using it
You can unpublish your page anytime from your dashboard: it stops being visible immediately and your links stop working, but nothing is deleted. You can publish it again later exactly as you left it.
If you want your account removed entirely, email us and we'll delete it along with your page, your links and your stats. There's no penalty and no minimum term.
3. If we ever charge for something
If we ever offer a paid service, we'll say so clearly before charging you anything, and we'll update this page with whatever cancellation and refund terms apply.
No change will affect something you were already using for free without telling you first.
