1. What mysecret.bio is
mysecret.bio is a link-in-bio tool that lets you gather your links on a single customizable page, manage them, track clicks and share it from your profiles.

2. Use at your own responsibility
You are responsible for the links, content and destinations you add and share through the service, as well as for complying with applicable law and the terms of the third-party platforms (social networks, payment processors, etc.) from which you link to or promote your page.
You use mysecret.bio at your own responsibility. You decide what to share and where.
3. No absolute guarantees
We'll say it plainly: no tool is infallible, and anyone who promises you 100% security or results is lying.
The safest way to share links on social media is not to link to destinations those platforms may consider problematic. We apply the best practices we've studied from top creators and give you all the reliability technology allows, but we cannot guarantee any specific result, whether against third parties or against how platforms behave.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind beyond those the law mandatorily requires.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mysecret.bio shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of audience, revenue or data, nor for restrictions, suspensions or closures of third-party accounts arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
